Job Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Bistro Floor Team Leader to join our catering team. This role is responsible for front of house and back of house operations in our food court. You will provide excellent customer service across our Bistro and New Beijing food outlets, while setting an example to our bistro and food court team.

Duties include:

  • Supervising staff on-shift in their day to day duties
  • Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests
  • Operating and balancing of tills
  • Food and beverage preparation
  • Assisting in back of house operations when required
  • Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed

This position requires availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service, including Friday nights, weekends and weekdays.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role
  • Demonstrated abilities in leading teams
