  • Lead the analysis, design, and development of learning solutions that meet sector reforms and operational requirements.\

  • Utilize expertise in learning design to develop high-level learning content, including eLearning courses, face-to-face training, self-paced guides, and on-the-job tools.\
    \
  • Create digital learning assets incorporating Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), such as photos, images, infographics, video, audio, animations, and eLearning materials.\

\ Requirements\

  • Proficiency in using rapid eLearning/authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, and Canva.\

  • Demonstrated ability in analysing, designing, and delivering outcomes-based and technical learning programs within a regulatory environment.\
