Senior E-Learning Developer Role

The position of Senior E-Learning Developer is now available, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Developer to contribute to the creation of engaging and accessible e-learning products. As a Senior E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality e-learning solutions that meet our regulatory and educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning content using established multimedia tools and techniques.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into clear and effective digital learning materials.
* Apply sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative learning solutions that meet audience needs.
* Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines, as well as Australian Government policies.
* Provide expert advice on e-learning design, instructional methods, and digital learning approaches.
* Manage project timelines and multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, educational technology, education, graphic design, or a related discipline.
* Experience working in the Australian Government, and demonstrated capability in e-learning, instructional design, or multimedia production.
* Strong understanding of adult learning theory, UX principles, and accessibility.
* Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
