Administrator Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key part in our administration team, providing exceptional service to our national key accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who has supported large key accounts in a service business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute client-specific reports and additional reports as required
  • Input customer data into customer portals and handle customer queries
  • Follow up on service delivery for national key accounts and track outstanding invoices
  • Provide regional support to branch administrators nationally to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support management in preparation of national tenders, reporting tasks, and other ad-hoc administrative requests

About You:

  • Experience in an administration or customer service role
  • Previous construction or associated industry experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a successful team
