About the role: We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team.
The role will be located at our head office and will support our National Key Accounts department.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all our national key accounts receive responsive service at all times and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders regarding national key accounts.
It will require a high attention to detail and will ideally suit an individual who has supported large key accounts in a service business.

Brand new purpose-built office in Alexandria with onsite parking or 4-minute walk from Mascot Station Key Accountabilities: Create and distribute client-specific reports & additional reports as required Input customer data in customer portals & handle customer queries Follow up on service delivery for national key accounts Track outstanding invoices for national key accounts and follow up as required Provide regional support to all branch administrators nationally to ensure compliance with policies and procedures relating to national key accounts Support management for preparation of national tenders, reporting tasks, and other ad-hoc administrative requests as required What we are looking for: Experience in an administration or customer service role Previous construction or associated industry experience highly regarded Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Strong time management and organisation skills High attention to detail and accuracy essential Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team About Schindler: Schindler Lifts Australia is part of the Schindler Group, one of the top elevator companies in the world, spanning 100 countries with more than 64,000 employees worldwide.
