About the Role

As a senior executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an integrated operating model that aligns with our strategic objectives. This involves translating business intent into actionable plans by leveraging people, capabilities, processes, and structures to drive sustained value.

This role is accountable for owning and delivering the operating model roadmap, embedding governance principles across the organization, and driving measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and capability. You will be responsible for delivering multi-year transformation outcomes, including cost savings, productivity enhancements, and capability building, ensuring our operations remain resilient and future-ready in a rapidly changing environment.

This position has enterprise-wide influence, requiring partnerships with various stakeholders to shape workforce transformation, embed cultural change, and uplift leadership and digital capabilities. Through strong commercial ownership and accountability for return on investment, this role provides us with a competitive advantage in operational excellence, resilience, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience driving change to achieve business objectives
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building collaborative working relationships
  • Able to take initiative and challenge thinking with a solutions mindset
  • Leadership ability to build trust and drive change with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and/or analyzing risk
  • Hands-on drive for improvement and efficiency at all levels of the business with a well-developed understanding of change management
  • Ability to get things done through others with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills with ability to navigate conflicting priorities
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills with ability to present and communicate at senior management levels
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous exposure to resources or manufacturing industries including broad operational experience
  • Commercially focused or strategic business/financial role
  • Leading business outcomes and developing business processes
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams or projects
  • Change management and a track record of introducing new ways of working and/or creative problem-solving
