Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Works Supervisors to achieve targets and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Works Supervisors to ensure contractual and client task requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in traffic control operations or a related field, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
