Senior Football Talent Developer

Our mission is to enhance and grow football from grassroots to elite levels.
We strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for staff and athletes, developing talented young footballers within a balanced talent development framework.
The Regional Development Coach leads the development of athletes prepared for AFL, AFLW, or transition into State League or community football.
- Maintain a positive culture with a focus on athlete well-being.
- Plan and lead a player pathway program incorporating collaboration between girls' and boys' programs.
- Develop Personal Development Plans via Smartabase.
- Foster a culturally safe environment supporting diverse backgrounds.
- Lead coaching development and design innovative coaching methods.
The ideal candidate has experience working with young people, strong communication skills, and proficiency with vision and presentation tools. Operational knowledge of player analysis software and teaching coaching methods using IT and software tools are also required.
