The Williamstown Football Club is seeking an experienced Senior Coach to lead our women's program.

We are one of Australia's oldest and most respected football clubs, providing a pathway to the elite level while fostering growth, inclusivity, and high performance in female football.

About This Role
  • Lead game strategy, player development, and overall performance outcomes for our VFLW team.
  • Establish a professional, supportive team culture that drives success and retains players.
  • Work with club staff to manage player development, welfare, and recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, develop, and retain top talent and support staff.
  • Represent the club professionally across the competition and broader football community.
Requirements
  • Proven coaching experience at VFLW or elite community football level.
  • Strong technical knowledge of modern football tactics and strategies.
  • A genuine passion for developing female athletes and promoting their growth in the sport.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills to drive team performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a standalone football program environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Alignment with our club's values and vision for women's football.
