About the Job
- Leverage your technical and tactical knowledge of the modern game to develop and implement effective strategies that drive team success.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture that encourages player growth, development, and well-being.
- Collaborate with club staff, High Performance, and Medical teams to optimize player development, welfare, and performance outcomes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, both players and support staff, to drive team excellence.
- Represent the club with professionalism across the VFLW competition, media, and broader football community.
