Senior Football Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced football coach to lead our senior program, driving on-field success and off-field community connection.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Senior Men's football team, driving performance and development across the program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a clear game plan and training program to achieve competitive results.
  • Lead and inspire players, coaches, and volunteers in line with our values of community, pride, commitment, and discipline.
  • Drive player development through structured coaching and honest feedback, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee team selection and performance reviews, ensuring a fair and merit-based approach.
  • Build a positive, inclusive, and respectful culture across the club, fostering a sense of belonging among players and staff.
  • Represent us at club and community events, promoting our values and mission.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Knowledge of the modern game and the ability to implement innovative strategies, staying up-to-date with best practices and trends.
  • Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (or willingness to obtain), demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain), ensuring a safe and secure environment for all players and staff.
  • A values-driven leader committed to our core values of community, pride, commitment, and discipline.
