About the Role
Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for growing your skills and taking on high-velocity sales cycles?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging prospects, managing sales cycles, and closing revenue from marketing-generated demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
- Run sales calls with short deck presentations and detailed product demos.
- Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently.
- Becoming a product expert across our entire platform and understanding competitor landscapes.
- Working closely with the implementation team for smooth transitions.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an AE in a SaaS organization.
- Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software is beneficial.
- Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
