B2B Account Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Professional to join our team. As a B2B Account Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and direct sales through outbound engagement with small-medium business (SMB) customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the key point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Facilitate negotiations and support contract finalisation in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent us at trade shows and industry events, staying connected to market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
