Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and strategic insight.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and the Accounts Receivable and Payable functions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
  • Lead the preparation and lodgement of annual financial statements for all entities.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks through strong internal controls and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
