Key Responsibilities

The role of Manager - Finance and Business Analysis involves overseeing the Suncare Management Accounting & Business Partnering Team. This includes coordinating and developing the annual budget and quarterly forecast, as well as building meaningful management reporting for use by the Executive and Operational Leads.


Other key responsibilities include preparing monthly reports for executives and operational leaders to analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key risks, issues, and opportunities to aid high-level decision making based on financial and commercial analysis.


Additionally, the successful candidate will undertake detailed analysis of key costs and business drivers to support decision making, recommending solutions, and supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives.


They will also enhance budget and forecasting models and support the financial aspects of business case development for new business models, tenders, funding applications, and cost/benefit analysis to improve efficiency and sustainability of the organisation.


The role requires exceptional ability to communicate (written and verbal) technical knowledge effectively and demonstrated experience in building and leading successful teams and delivering results on time and accurately.


A flexible, proactive and self-starter attitude is essential, along with the ability to work to deadlines and a passion for driving best practice and streamlining processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional accounting membership (CA, CPA, CIMA or similar).
  • High level proficiency with Excel, modelling and BI.
