Curriculum Mentor Role Overview

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving the success of curriculum initiatives across multiple centers.

The successful candidate will work closely with our network team to strategically support and prioritize center needs, while also contributing to the development of support tools and resources for center teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving and contributing innovatively to the success and implementation of curriculum and center priorities through collaborative partnerships with the quality and curriculum and network teams.
  2. Advocating and leading Guardian initiatives by providing support for center teams through in-center visits, mentoring, role-modeling, guidance, and empowering teams to build their capacity.
  3. Contributing to and delivering strategic direction, tools, resources, professional learning, and support for center teams which drive improvements in pedagogical practice through center ownership and autonomy.
  4. Contributing to inspiring, supporting, mentoring, coaching, and leading a network of educators through meeting rhythms, in-center support, advocacy, and practical strategies which deliver professional learning and support retention.
  5. Successfully building relationships, awareness, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders which focus on achieving agreed outcomes of Guardian initiatives.
  6. Being a visible presence and advocate for curriculum initiatives through respectful partnerships, meeting rhythms, and across relevant platforms.
