This role offers a fantastic opportunity to excel in client service and process management.

As a Client Account Services professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support across various functions, including Client Change, Client Services, and Fund Rebate processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for queries from underlying clients of Australian Unit Trusts
  • Actioning requests from external Transfer Agencies
  • Assisting the Client Implementation Team with account set-ups
  • Collaborating with the Investment Operations and Product Teams for Client Change and Onboarding
  • Communicating upcoming fund investment flows to the wider teams
  • Processing end-to-end fund rebates, including reconciling client accounts and preparing vendor updates

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Proactive approach and ability to use initiative
  • Mandatory experience with Australian Unit Trusts
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong client-service focus
  • Ability to prioritize and raise queries
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of operational activity and fund rebate processes
