Job Title

A skilled leader is required to oversee our site, providing leadership and motivation to our team while driving operational excellence.

About the Role
  • We pride ourselves on positive culture within our workplace and love growing our team as we continue to expand. As a Centre Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by ensuring production management targets are achieved, quality standards are met, and customer service is exceptional.
  • The role involves overseeing staffing levels and processes, building and maintaining positive work provider relationships, and ensuring the site remains safe through effective Work Health and Safety practices.
Responsibilities
  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitability and prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
