Administrative Support Officer: Key Role in Client Services

About State Trustees
We are the public trustee of Victoria with a strategic vision to support Victorians in protecting and growing their legacy and financial wellbeing. As we significantly increase the size of our client services teams, we have additional roles available to help us serve even more members of the Victorian community.
As an experienced Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring clients' financial and legal affairs are managed within required legislative requirements and service standards. Our consultants work closely with clients to provide critical financial and legal products and services, including Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Executor Services, Trustee Services, and Personal Financial Administration.
The Role
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality correspondence, attend to telephone enquiries, data entry and filing, process payments, engage with internal and external stakeholders, sort & distribute mail, record communications in appropriate systems.
Requirements
- Passionate about making a difference to the lives of Victoria's most vulnerable people
- Relevant administration and customer service experience
- Active listening skills and well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy, including basic skill level with Microsoft Excel
A Certificate in Business/Office Administration or associated business discipline is highly regarded.
