Average Salary RangeAverage annual salary: $95,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Safety, Health & Wellbeing Business Partner is responsible for implementing National Safety, Health & Wellbeing strategies across multiple sites.
- Demonstrate and promote occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.
- Lead safety across multiple sites, prioritise key activities based on local risks/trends and develop strategic improvement initiatives.
- Implement Risk Management procedures for site(s) to ensure risks are identified, assessed accurately, and controlled to an acceptable standard.
- Support local leadership teams in incident reporting and investigation, including promoting accountability for corrective action completions / risk management.
- 6+ years experience in a similar role within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution or Warehousing business.
- Experience in a multi-site regional role, supporting sites both remotely and with regular travel.
- Sound technical knowledge in relation to OH&S legislation and standards.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and consultation/coaching skills to identify and influence desired outcomes.
- Self-motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
- High attention to detail, with excellent time management skills.
- Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
