Key Account Manager for Retail Leasing Services

We seek a seasoned retail leasing professional to deliver exceptional results for our esteemed client. This pivotal role requires strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to leverage industry knowledge to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Retail Leases Act and be well-versed in property management principles. They will be able to effectively communicate with major corporate clients, negotiate lease clauses, and drive operational savings through strategic lease negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver top-tier retail leasing services to clients, ensuring seamless execution of client contracts.
  2. Successfully renew leases and secure favorable rental agreements.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase average tenure terms and security across portfolios.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in retail leasing transactions, including experience with major landlords.
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
