Workforce Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of strategic workforce insights and decision-making across our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a data strategy, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver key initiatives through analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive strategic workforce insights and decision-making by leading the People & Culture data and analytics function.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, including governance frameworks, tools, and processes.
  3. Deliver high-quality reporting and insights by consolidating data from multiple systems and presenting it in clear, actionable formats for senior stakeholders.
  4. Ensure data integrity and compliance, supporting governance and privacy standards across all people data.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate insights on key initiatives such as diversity, remuneration, talent, wellbeing, and recruitment.
  6. Build data capability across the P&C team, enabling self-service reporting and fostering a culture of data confidence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data-driven roles, with a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective data strategies, including governance frameworks and processes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, with the ability to create clear and actionable reports.
