Workforce Data Analyst Opportunity

This role involves designing and implementing reporting frameworks to drive strategic decision-making across People & Culture (P&C).

As a Workforce Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in extracting and analyzing people data using SQL and PeopleSoft.

You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze people data using SQL and PeopleSoft.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Deliver analytics and workforce trends that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide documentation, mentoring, and support to enhance reporting capability across P&C.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance.

About You

We are looking for a skilled data analyst with experience in advanced SQL, PeopleSoft, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Azure DevOps experience is desirable but not required.
