Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed new business targets, incorporating both short and long sales life cycles.
  • Identify, develop, evaluate, and pursue greenfield leads and opportunities to maintain a continuous pipeline of current and future prospects.
  • Actively manage a prospect pipeline and develop strategic client relationships to facilitate the successful acquisition of new customers.
  • Capture, track, and report on all sales activity, including lead generation and pipeline activity.
  • Pursue professional representation and involvement in industry forums and events to develop legitimate business relationships.
  • Proactively identify and target quality prospects that will benefit from our range of products and services.
  • Manage the execution of all sales proposals and quotes, in line with our sales process.
  • Engage subject matter experts to influence customers and promote qualitative outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior B2B sales, with a thorough understanding of fleet, finance, or asset management.
  • Results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong strategic relationship building capability and sound commercial acumen.
  • Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize outcomes.
