We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to oversee the development and growth of our product portfolio.

  • This key role is responsible for leading product strategy, driving business outcomes, and implementing initiatives that align with our goals and risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, manage underwriting referrals, and ensure alignment with risk appetite and guidelines.
  3. Oversee implementation of product changes, including PDS and underwriting updates, to optimize portfolio performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial outcomes, claims trends, and exposure management to inform data-driven decision making.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement customer-centric product and distribution strategies.
  6. Support technical pricing reviews and implement tactical pricing changes to drive revenue growth.
  7. Provide leadership and expertise to direct reports, fostering capability development and delivery of strategic initiatives.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex product and portfolio issues.
