At present, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Portfolio Director.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology delivery and planning, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining portfolio roadmaps, driving demand and capacity estimation, and assigning portfolio epics to delivery areas.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the portfolio backlog, coaching teams on lean portfolio management practices, and managing Jira governance in alignment with lean portfolio management standards.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will provide PE backlog input for pre-PI planning, drive PE readiness maturity, and escalate risks and issues across the portfolio that may impact business outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology delivery, software development, and network development, particularly in planning.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean Portfolio Management principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey complex issues simply.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, delivery managers, and delivery teams.
