We are seeking a skilled professional to act as key enabler of our portfolio for 4X4 & Cooper segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product innovation strategy, managing country product portfolios and contributing to corporate cycles and planning.
Key Responsibilities- Product Innovation Strategy Definition: Define and execute innovation strategy for 4X4 & Cooper segments to support company goals, based on data and market-back analytics.
- Product Superiority: Identify points of superiority and parity versus the competition to inform innovation strategy and drive data-based decisions.
- New Product Launch: Support the preparation of communication master packages with product-related data for 4X4 & Cooper segments and projects.
- Define what, when and how products will be introduced in ANZ markets. Ensure simpler, superior and efficient portfolio.
- Identify coverage gaps in existing portfolio of ANZ market via data-driven and market-back analytics.
- Support Product Director in preparation and consolidation of function input towards corporate reports and activities.
- Translate key priorities and goals of the company to local business reality, provide assumptions on business growth from product agenda in assigned markets.
- Support and govern special projects triggered by regional office and Product Director; Conduct constant market and competitive analysis for designated area of responsibility, collaborate with other regional functions to achieve corporate targets.
