Role Outline

The Performance Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting, working closely with your manager to produce best-in-class solutions and deliver against targets.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver end-to-end biddable campaigns
  • Establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners to drive innovation and growth
  • Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team to achieve shared goals
What You Should Spend Your Time Doing

As a Performance Executive, you will spend your time:

  • People (15%): Positively contribute to team meetings, lead sections, and own follow-ups; liaise with vendors and publishers to resolve challenges and find new opportunities; provide clear guidance and instruction when working with others
  • Product (45%): Deliver end-to-end biddable campaigns, including flawless campaign management and strong use of tools and technology; work towards and maintain all mandatory channel certifications; develop planning skills, including measurement and tracking frameworks
  • Client (15%): Represent client needs to vendors and partners; develop relationships with clients at a junior level; proactively recommend tactics and opportunities to resolve client challenges and objectives
  • Commercial (25%): Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation of campaigns; monitor financial and compliance processes for 100% accuracy; develop a strong understanding of in-scope services for clients
