ROLE SUMMARY
The Performance Executive plays a vital role within the team, laying the groundwork for client success. You will oversee all facets of campaign execution, optimization, monitoring, and reporting, collaborating closely with your manager to deliver top-tier solutions, provide exceptional service, and meet performance targets.
You should possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and enthusiasm for working with leading partners and technologies. Most importantly, you should be eager to deepen your understanding of the biddable media landscape.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams
  • Building robust relationships with relevant media, data, and technology partners
  • Establishing trust and understanding with agency client teams
  • Contributing to effective teamwork within your immediate team

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
People – 15% of your time

  • Actively participate in team meetings, leading discussions and managing follow-ups
  • Engage confidently with vendors and publishers to address challenges and explore new opportunities
  • Provide clear guidance and support when collaborating with or mentoring others


Product – 45% of your time

  • Execute comprehensive biddable campaigns, ensuring flawless management and effective use of tools and technology
  • Take charge of detailed client reporting, providing insightful context and maintaining high attention to detail
  • Proactively pursue and maintain all necessary channel certifications while identifying growth opportunities with your manager
  • Collaborate with your manager to enhance planning skills, including measurement and tracking frameworks

Client – 15% of your time

  • Advocate for client needs with vendors and partners, supporting your manager on larger initiatives
  • Begin to cultivate relationships with clients at a junior level, particularly in implementation planning and buying
  • Proactively suggest tactics and opportunities that address client challenges and objectives

Commercial – 25% of your time

  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of campaigns, adhering to best practices with exceptional attention to detail
  • Oversee all financial and compliance processes to guarantee 100% accuracy, particularly in bookings and resolving account queries
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of in-scope services for your clients and the processes for delivering additional value
