Job Title: Support Services Coordinator

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as part of a dynamic team, working Monday to Friday.

About the Role:
  • Welcome visitors on-site and manage visits professionally to ensure excellent stakeholder service.
  • Respond to inbound calls and queries with professionalism and empathy, directing to appropriate services or contacts.
  • Carry out general office administrative duties and coordinate incoming deliveries.
  • Organize meetings, prepare invitations and agendas, print documents, arrange catering, accommodations, and travel, and follow up as needed.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Maintain directories, collect data, prepare reimbursement claims, update policies and procedures, and handle general correspondence.
  • Participate in district activities and events as required.

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills, practical thinking, and a self-starter attitude.

You should also possess a current Australian driver's license, physical ability to bend, reach above shoulders, and carry loads of 5–7 kg. Some travel and weekend work may be required.
