Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our administration team. As a key member of the team, you will provide quality support and assistance to the Residential Aged Care staff.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and databases for financial and client information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Show initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvements in administration and support services.
- Coordinate admissions and assist with recruitment administrative tasks.
- Experience in administration, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A valid working visa in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).
- A willingness to complete a police check and NDIS Worker Screening.
