  • Process various retail transactions, such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.
  • Measure lie and loft angles and make adjustments using specialized equipment.
  • Measure club height, weight, and shaft flex, and make equipment changes based on customer requests.
  • Change golf shafts, grips, and repair broken heads.
  • Complete equipment repair work orders accurately and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Identify low-stock or out-of-stock items and supplies at the service desk and notify their Supervisor.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve them promptly to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain the service desk and surrounding area in a clean, professional presentation at all times.
  • Stay current with new golf technologies and ever-changing equipment features, and incorporate product knowledge into customer recommendations.
