Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced fitness professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our sports club facilities, including tennis courts, mini-golf, and island gyms. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving the fitness program, and ensuring our guests, members and employees enjoy first-class fitness experiences.

This is a dynamic opportunity to combine your passion for fitness, sport and customer service with leadership and operational management in a unique destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure activities and facilities run smoothly and safely
  • Lead by example - deliver fitness classes, personal training, and support activities across the island
  • Maintain facilities, including tennis, mini-golf and gyms, to ensure they are safe, well-presented and welcoming
  • Coordinate staff rosters, inductions, and training to deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to deliver a seamless island-wide guest experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
  • Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
