Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Partner, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of essential services to customers and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement health programs, including scheduling preventative and proactive physiotherapy and remedial massage services.
  • Manage return to work and workers compensation claim processes, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of wellbeing, injury management, and workers compensation related information on an intranet page.
  • Support the Business Partner - Systems with regular reporting and inductions.
  • Coordinate health monitoring programs, including vaccinations, blood tests, functional assessments, and preventative allied health services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience coordinating Return to Work programs and Workers Compensation Claims processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Formal training in Return-to-Work coordination.
  • A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing practical safety and wellbeing programs.
  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills.
  • The ability to consult with and influence stakeholders.
  • Organized time management skills.
  • A Class C driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to travel to all locations across the network.

Desirable criteria include holding current training in Drug & Alcohol Testing (HLTPAT005) and completing training in completing Ergonomic Assessments (office).
