**The Company**
This organisation is a leading provider of transport and logistics. Through their national pit to port solutions, they deliver bulk commodities to their domestic and international markets.

**The Role**
As the Safety Partner within this business, you will be a natural safety professional and compassionately guide people and deliver outcomes in line with business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with corporate peers to ensure alignment between the enterprise and business unit safety activities
- Provides safety advice, tactical and process coaching to the relevant leadership team
- Work in multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver and implement enterprise and business unit initiatives, in compliance with safety change management processes
- Undertake governance activities to monitor compliance with appropriate safety related statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations and company policies
- Monitor the effectiveness of safety policies, programs and processes, and work in teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a high performance culture through fostering their values, meeting company performance standards and championing safety initiatives

**About You**:

- Preferred qualification/ certifications in safety related field
- Demonstrated experience working with safety legislation/regulation
- 2+ years demonstrated safety management experience in heavy industry environment
- Current drivers licence
