Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Support Analyst to join our team. As an Integration Support Analyst, you will work directly with our partners on API and SDK system integrations. Based in Melbourne, you will collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure issues are prioritised and resolved.

  • You will act as the primary contact for new and existing technology partners integrating to APIs.
  • You will provide responsive technical support of payment Device, Back Office, and Card-Not-Present API offerings.
  • You will own support triage, analysis, and escalations of API and payment processing issues.
  • You will proactively monitor API usage and anomalies.
  • You will enhance documentation and knowledge bases.
  • You will establish partner experience best practices.
  • You will contribute to testing and documentation activities.

Your focus will be on the partner integration experience, providing best-in-class payment journeys by onboard, engaging, and supporting partner integrators from initial API exploration to UAT go-live and ongoing BAU production support.

About You

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience as a Technical/Application Support Engineer/Analyst or 5+ years combined technical support, QA testing, or engineering experience preferably within international payments, banking, or trading sectors.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of REST APIs in B2B SaaS platform integration environments, experience with API testing tools such as Postman, exposure to JavaScript, Java, API authentication mechanisms, strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving passion, solid technical background with excellent SQL skills and exposure to AWS, logging, and monitoring tools.

Candidates may also have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, basic understanding of cryptography, including key exchange and algorithms, some experience within transaction-based processing systems.
