Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Integration and API Product Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Integration and API platform.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale integration platforms from conception to launch and mass adoption. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision and strategy, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and managing the development of the platform across its full life cycle.

Responsibilities also include coordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business goals, evaluating the completeness of implemented features, and driving the adoption of new features through comprehensive change management and training programs.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in strategic planning and execution within large-scale IT transformation programs, a successful track record of implementing an API-first approach to delivery, and a deep understanding of the full API lifecycle.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering integration platforms using SaaS products and experience in delivering and managing APIs that are consumed by third parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
