Enterprise SaaS Implementation Specialist

This role involves working closely with customers to implement custom risk detection solutions within a leading digital asset management platform. The successful candidate will have experience in enterprise software implementation and a strong understanding of logical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Run workshops, manage technical inputs, and build relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.
- Implement, test, and optimize rules in the IntelligenceBank Platform to ensure efficient and effective results.
- Design rules for web scanning projects to balance false positives and negatives.
- Convert customer requirements into rule designs and understand client compliance environments.
The ideal candidate will be an outcome-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, experience leading meetings with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for implementing innovative solutions.
