Our headquarters are in Melbourne, Australia, with offices across the US, Canada, and the UK.Job DescriptionA new opportunity has arisen for an Implementation Consultant with SaaS implementation experience to join our Marketing Compliance team.Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Client Solutions & Innovation, you will engage with enterprise customers to articulate their rules and implement custom risk detection within our platform.
This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.We seek a critical thinker focused on consulting and delivery, with initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach.
Your daily responsibilities will include:Running workshops, managing technical inputs, and building relationships with stakeholders.Implementing, testing, and optimizing rules in the IntelligenceBank Platform.Introducing the platform and core concepts through document scanning projects.Designing rules for web scanning projects to balance false positives and negatives.Converting customer requirements into rule designs and understanding client compliance environments.Consulting on platform channels and use cases, including workflow integrations.Leveraging AI to address business challenges.Collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams on features and functionalities.Supporting pre-sales efforts with demos and platform advice.Working with Customer Success to support project delivery and reporting.QualificationsThis role suits someone with enterprise SaaS experience, logical problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.
