Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to leverage SaaS implementation expertise and contribute to a Marketing Compliance team.

  • Engage with enterprise clients to articulate their rules and implement custom risk detection within our platform.
  • Run workshops, manage technical inputs, and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Implement, test, and optimize rules in the IntelligenceBank Platform.
  • Introduce the platform and core concepts through document scanning projects.
  • Design rules for web scanning projects to balance false positives and negatives.
  • Convert customer requirements into rule designs and understand client compliance environments.
  • Consult on platform channels and use cases, including workflow integrations.
  • Leverage AI to address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams on features and functionalities.
  • Support pre-sales efforts with demos and platform advice.
  • Work with Customer Success to support project delivery and reporting.
