The Visitor Experience team plays a pivotal role in shaping the visitor journey from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless integration of hospitality, public engagement, and operational excellence.

This leadership position requires a consistent presence across weekdays, weekends, and evenings to support site operations and programming. As a key leader of the precinct experience, you will foster strong relationships with community, commercial, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of visitor-centric strategies, policies, and procedures">
  • Collaborate with departments to drive innovation in strategy, programs, and operational frameworks">
  • Ensure site readiness and readiness for special events and programs">
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community, commercial, and industry partners">
