The role of the Senior Visitor Experience Manager is pivotal in shaping and embedding a precinct-wide, visitor-centred culture at Powerhouse Parramatta. This position ensures the seamless integration of hospitality, public engagement, and operational excellence across all visitor hosting services and experiences.

As a key leader of the precinct experience, this position requires a consistent leadership presence across weekdays, weekends, and evenings to support site operations and the full breadth of Powerhouse programming. The role works collaboratively across departments to drive innovation in strategy, policies, procedures, programs, and operational frameworks that enhance every stage of the visitor journey—from arrival through to departure.

The Senior Visitor Experience Manager will foster strong relationships with community, commercial, and industry partners while ensuring site readiness. This position also oversees the Visitor and Hospitality team, driving the delivery of world-class cultural destination that authentically reflects Western Sydney communities.
