This includes providing high-level strategic advice to manage and mitigate quality and compliance risks. The officer leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of best practice quality and compliance processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level strategic advice on quality and compliance matters
  • Leveraging best practice methodologies and models to design, plan, and implement quality and compliance strategies, programs, and operations
  • Developing and maintaining quality and compliance processes and practices to ensure alignment with state and national policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Highly developed knowledge of compliance, audit, and risk principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Detailed understanding of government policies, practices, and procedures
  • Proven track record of providing timely and sound strategic advice on significant and complex issues
  • Expertise in designing, planning, and implementing quality and compliance strategies, programs, and operations using best practice methodologies and models
