Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a leading national Fit Out & Refurb builder. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial fit-outs and be ready to take on challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project operations specifically for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet all fit-out specifications and project timelines.
  • E nsure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the fit-out process.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project objectives are fully met.
  • Monitor progress closely and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Specialised Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in commercial fit-outs and working for a well-known tier 2/3 builder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and site teams.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
