About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Childcare Professional to lead our before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality support to local families by managing programs that cater to their child's needs.
  • Developing engaging programs with innovative tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and administrative tasks.
  • Representing our organization and fostering positive relationships within the community.
  • Mentoring educators to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of the industry.
  • Coordinating services with support from your supervisor.
About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC sector.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check in the relevant state or territory.
  • A Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your jurisdiction.
  • Valid First Aid certification in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
  • A Food Handling certificate relevant to your location.
