We're seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our workforce management platform.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced program manager looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic retail environment. As a leader in your field, you'll have the chance to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize our workforce management platform, ensuring seamless operations across multiple sites.
  • Manage product updates and releases, coordinating testing and rollouts to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize workloads, capture requirements, and manage system change requests.
  • Oversight user adoption by developing training materials, guiding teams, and monitoring compliance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and streamline operations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum 12 months' experience in program or project management, preferably with exposure to workforce management systems.
  • Strong understanding of store operations and rostering, plus the ability to engage with frontline teams.
  • Experience in training facilitation, change management, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical detail and turn it into clear, practical guidance.
  • The drive to challenge the status quo and deliver better outcomes for teams and customers.
