Key Commercial Lawyer Role

The Senior Commercial Counsel position requires an experienced legal professional to provide expert guidance on commercial matters for the IPA and AXE Health divisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, business-focused legal advice on commercial matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including supply contracts and licensing agreements
  • Manage contract lifecycles from drafting through execution and ongoing management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver commercially sound and legally compliant agreements
Requirements:
  • Legal qualification with at least 8+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Current Australian practising certificate
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
