Complex commercial disputes require experienced professionals to advise and represent clients effectively. A Senior Associate will work closely with leading partners to deliver top-notch results in a variety of cases.

Our Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency team in Melbourne is known for its commercially pragmatic approach, focusing on the issues that matter most to clients rather than simply managing litigation processes to a conclusion.

This role involves advising clients on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and restructuring & insolvency matters. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, analyzing data, and developing strategies to achieve successful outcomes.

To excel in this position, you will need demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of matters in commercial litigation. Relevant experience in a top-tier or leading international law firm is also highly valued. Additionally, strong client service focus, commitment to high standards, business development aptitude, and excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
