Administrative Support for Criminal Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as an administrative assistant. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a tangible impact on people's lives by providing comprehensive support to attorneys in a dynamic criminal law firm.

As the backbone of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing caseloads, coordinating schedules, and facilitating seamless communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all materials are organised and accessible, and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a legal setting, preferably in criminal law, and proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software. They will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will play a vital role in case preparation, preparing and finalising legal documents accurately and efficiently, and liaising with court personnel, police, and other legal professionals. You will also serve as the primary contact for clients, providing compassionate case updates, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve successful case outcomes.
