Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective administration of the Department's credit card system and Electronic Invoice Management System. This role will also assist with various other Accounting Services tasks, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Department's credit card system, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Administer the Electronic Invoice Management System, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Provide financial information and support to other departments and teams as required.
